I'm delighted to see that the snow has melted meaning there will be no interruptions to cookery this coming week! I hope everyone had a great time playing and possibly enjoying a day off while it lasted
This Sunday (11th March) is Mothers Day in the UK and to celebrate we will be making some extra special Earl Grey Cupcakes.
These cupcakes are great as they taste delicious to adults and children alike, and we've even snuck a cup of tea in too 😉
As these are a tasty treat the children are all being encouraged to share some of their cakes with their family (hopefully mum's might get a bite!).
While our cakes are in the oven we will be spending time learning about tea, and its important place in British history.From Han dynasty tombs and smuggling all the way to pyramid shaped bags! ☕
